Are these made with LEGO bricks?
Not all Build 'Em Pets collections are made with LEGO, but with a patented brick that uses "inlock technology" that lets you stack bricks like LEGO with the added feature of "locking" them with screws.
A product is made with real LEGO bricks when the description mentions it.
Are you able to customize designs?
Our Build 'Em Pets collections are pre-manufactured and cannot be altered by us.
We advise using our Colored brick sets for customization at home.
Alternatively, you can check out our Custom LEGO Service, where we will make a 1:1 replica of your favorite pet

My husband spent many happy hours assembling his dog. The dark brown one actually looks more like our breed, which is Chesapeake Bay Retriever. It is a real conversation piece and we proudly display it in our home.
This build a pet arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. It was a Christmas gift for my son who recently adopted a Labrador mix dog. He was pleased to receive this and has the pieces separated and ready to start putting it together. I have bought from Build a pet before and am very pleased with the quality of their products.
This was a fun gift that was sent to my college student. It gave him something to do and helped remind him of his dog back home. He said it was a bit tricky to start but it worked well. He also said it was different building than the other major brand.
I Bought my Lego dog for a Christmas gift so won't know till December. I hope all parts are there and it's as big as the pictures show. I'm anxious to see it together.
