Are these made with LEGO bricks?
Not all Build 'Em Pets collections are made with LEGO, but with a patented brick that uses "inlock technology" that lets you stack bricks like LEGO with the added feature of "locking" them with screws.
A product is made with real LEGO bricks when the description mentions it.
Are you able to customize designs?
Our Build 'Em Pets collections are pre-manufactured and cannot be altered by us.
We advise using our Colored brick sets for customization at home.
Alternatively, you can check out our Custom LEGO Service, where we will make a 1:1 replica of your favorite pet

Asked for a return label twice. As usual did not receive one. When I can find someone to take it off my hands I will sell it with a warning that they should never buy from this company. As they don't honor their emails. I asked twice for the label. And according to the return policy of the company they didn't have to give me back the money I paid.

Unfortunately, we don’t know why you chose not to provide this information, but as stated in our policy, without it, we cannot issue a return label.

This was a great item hard to build but when it is built it is very sturdy
This was so much fun to build. Even though I have big hands, this was fun to build. I absolutely love it.
I think it was over priced however, I do like it.
