The product itself is great. The instructions are easy to follow, it was easy to build and it looks just like our dog. However when it was delivered in a Jekca box, I realised there was a sister company that sold the same product for less. I paid the equivalent of $220aud via United Doggos and found the exact same product on Jekca for $65aud. So disappointing!
The shipping also took an extremely long time (ordered 22 December, delivered 14 Jan) and had I not followed up repeatedly im not sure I would have known what was happening.
