Great Service ...

Our experience was generally very positive ... but we did experience a shipping / tracking issue with DHL. Our Pug was tangled up in the DHL system for several weeks and they simply failed to report the status. However, throughout that frustrating period, Build 'Em Pets followed up repeatedly. We very much appreciate their customer service !!!
