Once approved, the design will be finalized and shipped.

Can I see my pixel art before its finished?
Yes! We will email you a preview for feedback before proceeding. You'll be able to request changes in this process. We'll finalize the portrait building kit when approved.
Is this picture good enough to use?
We check all photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem, we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email
How long is shipping?
The average shipping time for a pixel art portrait is about 7-10 business days.
Notice: The shipping time estimate applies when the pixel art is accepted and the kit is created.
