Love this product. We lost our golden retriever a year ago. Although not quite the same, love seeing this giant plastic version none the less. She sits by. our fireplace. (older) kids put together easily and quickly. Great gift.

We're lenient when it comes to a late return or if the box has been opened. But i unfortunately cannot do anything if a plastic bag has been opened.

We're always open to help with instructions/steps if there are parts that are too hard? Alternatively, you can also build the sculpture without the screws (if the screws part was the issue).
