What is the difference between normal & large
The difference between normal and large is the size of the bricks (please see image for reference)
Are these made with LEGO bricks?
Not all Build 'Em Pets collections are made with LEGO, but with a patented brick that uses "inlock technology" that lets you stack bricks like LEGO with the added feature of "locking" them with screws.
A product is made with real LEGO bricks when the description mentions it.
Are you able to customize designs?
Our Build 'Em Pets collections are pre-manufactured and cannot be altered by us.
We advise using our Colored brick sets for customization at home.
Alternatively, you can check out our Custom LEGO Service, where we will make a 1:1 replica of your favorite pet
Do all kits include Inlock technology?
All our building kits come with InLock Technology, except for: LEGO Collection Custom LEGO Building Kit Cartoon Dogs & Cats Wooden Puzzles

Due to high demand, please expect slight delays!💜
Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- USA: 7-10 business days
- UK: 7-18 business days
- Australia: 7-18 business days

Once it's shipped out, please allow 7-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 days for worldwide shipping.

What if i cannot find my breed?
There are many breeds (and mixed breeds) out there, and we, unfortunately, cannot produce them all.
This is why we've introduced our Custom Lego Service as a potential solution.
We'll make a 1:1 replica of your favorite pet and create a LEGO building kit. Complete with revisions, instructions, and brand new LEGO parts.
What if a piece is missing?
Please contact our support team if a piece is missing. Preferably with a picture of the missing piece (from our manual).
We'll send the replacement parts upon confirmation.
