Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

Enjoyed building a look a like Newfoundland dog. Changed the colour scheme a bit to match our own dog.
I was under the impression that this set was similar to legos and would fall apart easily. I was wrong. Each piece’s knob has a tiny screw to help affix it to the one below it. It took longer to put together, but the set is very sturdy. My nephew even played with it and it stayed together.

Nice to make as a project in these times.
I bought this for my 10 year old granddaughter who loves legos. It was a bit more challenging than expected ( she hasn’t completed it). The small “nails” were a bit tricky. The product is fine but not for young children.
