Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

What a wonderful likeness of our puppy, Noodle. My 19 yr old son absolutely enjoyed the build, was in awe of the customization, and we now have another huge Noodle in our bookcase. The only issue was the bag was torn up very badly, pieces all over the place….maybe due to customs digging through it while the set was on its journey from Germany to the US. No missing pieces and the box was very well taped up after the check. Fantastic customer service as well through the customization process. Thanks a million.

This set looks cute. However, I was missing nine(9) 1x2 bricks and have not heard from the company about them yet. I had to purchase replacement bricks elsewhere. Directions were easy to follow.
