Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

Ive sent emails and I’ve initiated a chat trying to get instructions for the order I placed with you back in October. Still no answer. This is a very expensive Christmas gift that is just a bag of plastic legos now. Maybe you check your reviews? Very disappointing.

What you're saying is not true. I sent a message back to you on the same day, November 17th. After that, we didn't hear anything from you. I also have proof of this. It's your responsibility to check your email. we have sent the instructions to your email and asked if you could take a look in your spam folder and let us know if you couldn't find it, so we could send this again to you.
This was so fun to do and the finished product is super cool. We did it a few pages at a time - it takes awhile but is worth it!
I loved this build!! I really like the “locking” in place, makes it so sturdy! Gotten lots of complements on this great look build!!
