Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

The finished product was fantastic! It looks even better then the pictures! There were plenty of pieces so even if you lost a few, you were able to complete the figure. The pieces were clearly labeled. Because nothing was written (assuming that’s due to an international client base), the instructions were sometimes difficult to follow and resulted in a few re-do’s. The tiny little screws were awful!!! Bad enough they were minuscule, but you also have to line them up exactly in order for them to go in the hole. I had to use forceps and twist the tile this way and that way each time. It really really slowed down the process and hurt my hands. I could only work on it for small amounts of time.
