Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

My chihuahua is black and white so I got the extra white set and replaced the light brown with white. I even added her one white paw. I love how we'll these models stay together. The instructions aren't always clear. I have to use a lighted magnifying glass. Overall, the builds are easy and one tends to lose track of time. I enjoy doing these models.
This little guy is a close replica of my sweet Runner who crossed the Rainbow Bridge almost two years ago. I am so grateful and pleased with this “gift”. He is a constant reminder of the joy I received being rescued by Runner. It’s truly a profoundly powerful memory of the little boy I loved so much. Thank you Peace
Got this as a gift for husband. He loved the finished product. Was not too difficult but was complex enough to be entertained and felt accomplished when complete. Would recommend if you know someone who has a beloved pet and likes building things!
