Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

Arrived quickly. Took a while to put together but very fun to build. Need to use tiny plastic screws (provided) to hold the pieces in place. But that makes it very sturdy when completed. Not good for younger children but a great challenge for teens/adults. Looked great when done - just like our dog! Definitely recommend.
