Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-10 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 business days for worldwide shipping during the holiday season (December). Processing may take up to 1-3 business days.
Products that contain Lego bricks vary in shipping times. Our standard Lego products take 5-6 weeks. And our custom service timeframe is stated on its product page.

Got an USPS tracking number that stays on label created? This means that our carrier that handles the journey from us to USPS has not reached their processing center yet. You can mail us at support@buildempets.com, so we can provide a backend update, so you can still see your package's journey.

Had fun putting this together. Instructions were clear and there were more than enough pieces (some extra).
Got this for Xmas had a bit of trouble putting it together just because I taught the bits were a little to small for my fingers but over all a great piece I love it well worth money and very enjoyable to build 5 out of 5 I give 👍👍
I got four dogs for my girls. Lol. They are in their 50’s yet they love their crafts. This was a major hit as each girl had a particular dog to make. Christmas was a hit

I have not seen the actual product. This is a Christmas gift for my son in Germany who is missing his beagle terribly. The company went out of its way to help me set up an overseas shipment and did not charge any extra for what I know was a more costly shipping experience. I am looking forward to my son's reaction when he finally gets to Christmas and unwraps this special gift.
